What are individually pocketed springs?
Each spring is individually encased in a pocket, providing independent pressure, quiet operation, and preventing disturbance to your partner when you turn over. Vacuum-packed shipping is supported.
Can this mattress be vacuum-compressed and rolled up?
Yes. Our individually pocketed springs support rolling up. A slight, temporary shrinkage after unpacking is normal. Please lay it flat and air it out for 3-7 days to allow it to spring back.
What is the dimensional tolerance?
Tolerance ±2 cm. Due to vacuum compression, please do not determine the final size immediately after unpacking.
What is the material of the spring pockets?
Standard: PP non-woven fabric; Upgraded version: Spunbond polyester fabric, anti-aging, not easily damaged in high-temperature environments (suitable for hot Southeast Asian climates)
What is the approximate lifespan?
8-10 years under normal use; avoid prolonged single-point heavy pressure and high-temperature storage.
Can I customize the size and add a foam layer?
OEM customization is supported. Foam density and thickness can be customized.
