Bio-based blue PU foam is made with soybean renewable plant raw materials by MDI foaming. Firm but not stiff, high resilience with strong lumbar support. Low VOC and eco-friendly, good air permeability and long service life. Custom size & thickness available, can laminate with memory foam, egg crate foam or skin-friendly breathable foam. OEM & ODM available, meets ROHS, REACH, CA117 and USDA bio-based certification.
1. What exactly is the bio-based content? How do you prove it is genuinely bio-based and not just marketing hype?
The bio-based content is 45%-60%.
2. What is the density? Is the support strong enough? Will it sag quickly?
The density is 45-60 kg/m3 or above.
3. How do I choose thickness, size and structure? Can it be customized?
Common thickness is 3-5 cm, with sizes for single and double beds. The structure is usually multi-layer (skin-friendly breathable layer + bio-based memory or support layer + latex or high-resilience layer). Customization is accepted.
